Schwimmwagen
This is a plastic assembly model kit of the 4WD Schwimmwagen which earned the trust of German soldiers with its excellent performance on bad roads and its fording ability. The boat shaped underside body has been reproduced with slide molding for a realistic finish and ease of assembly. The windshield is moveable and the screw can be positioned in the down position to allow you to depict a fording scene. Parts to depict the air-cooled 4-cylinder engine also included. Interior details such as the flooring & seats, instrument panel, shift lever etc have a rich finish. The folded canvas roof cover also provides the model with great realism. Driver figure included.
