Werribee Model Aircraft Association

Werribee Model Aircraft Association

Werribee Model Aircraft Association has been active in the Werribee District for over 20 years, and have been flying at the current site since 1976.

The Association caters for all forms of aeromodelling pursuits, some of which can be seen in action by a visit to our field.

Modelling attracts people from all walks and all age groups, which brings to the Association a great depth of experience.

The aim of the Association is to foster the skills of building and flying model aircraft, and our members are only too happy to help newcomers.

Radio controlled model aircraft are flown under radio guidance, which allows almost any aircraft that you desire to be built and flown.

Whether your interest be WW1 or WW2 aircraft, gliders, seaplanes or helicopters, every interest is catered for by either kits or plans.

Our flying field is located on McGrath Road, just off Bulban Road on the outskirts of Werribee. It's Melways Map reference is 205 C10. While predominantly members fly on weekends, authorised members have keys to the field to allow seven day a week access.
