It is a softening solution designed to use decals [slide marks]. It enables decals [e.g. waterslide decals] to attach to uneven and curved surfaces.
Mr. Mark Softer - Usage instructions
At first, use the bottle cap brush to dab a tiny drop of Mr. Mark Softer onto the surface where the decal will be placed.
Apply the decal over this region. Remove any extra liquid and make sure the decal is drying quickly by gently pressing on it with a soft towel. The decal will adhere perfectly, even on irregular or curved surfaces.
If there are air bubbles between the decal and the model surface, let the decal dry before carefully piercing a hole through it with a needle and inserting Mr Mark Softer. When the air is released, the decal will adhere to the plastic part's surface and conform. This is ideal for curved plastic toy models that require adhesive decals.
