In-Store Lay-by

We offer lay-by to in-store customers (not available via out website).

Agreement

Customers must sign the lay-by contract to acknowledge these terms and conditions.

Deposit

A minimum 20% deposit is required on each lay-by at commencement.

Term

Layby is available on an 12 week term and must be paid in full.

Payments

Regular fortnightly payments must be made.

If a lay-by is not completed by the due date, we will contact you to make payment. If payment cannot be made, then the lay-by may be cancelled and will incur a cancellation fee

Cancelling a Lay-by

You can cancel a lay-by at any time and receive a refund of payments made.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total value of the lay-by is payable upon cancellation (up to a maximum fee of $20)

Shipping

Free shipping does not apply to lay-bys. Please ask for a shipping quote if you would like to have the lay-by delivered.
